Application for Non-Citizens Land Holding Licence

A Non-Citizen’s Land Holding Licence is required to own property in Antigua if you are not a citizen.  Through our affiliated law firm, we are able to provide fast and efficient service by making the necessary application to the relevant authorities upon receipt of the following documents, which are required to be submitted with the said application.
 Two (2) character references preferably from upstanding citizens of Antigua & Barbuda
 A bank reference
 A passport sized colour photo
 Copy of the identification page(s) of passport
